Abstract

Instrument Description: Sustainable Gratitude Based on Theistic Spiritual Values Scale (SGBTSV-45) The Sustainable Gratitude Based on Theistic Spiritual Values Scale (SGBTSV-45) is a psychometric instrument meticulously designed to assess the enduring nature of gratitude among university students, framed within theistic spiritual constructs. Structural Framework and Dimensions The scale comprises 45 items synthesized from eight comprehensive dimensions of sustainable gratitude. These dimensions encapsulate a holistic view of the construct: Transpersonal & Personal: Internalization of spiritual connection and self-awareness, Emotional & Moral: Affective responses and ethical alignment. Prosocial & Relational: Interpersonal dynamics and communal contributions. Skill-based & Psychological Well-being: Practical application of gratitude and its impact on mental flourishing. Categorization and Scoring The instrument serves as a diagnostic tool to classify respondents into three distinct hierarchical categories of sustainable gratitude: Nascent: Minimal manifestation of sustainable gratitude. Emergent: Moderate or situational integration of gratitude. Proficient: Full integration and consistent practice of theistic-based gratitude. Response Mechanism To ensure nuanced self-reporting, the scale utilizes a 5-point Likert-style continuum. Respondents evaluate the degree to which each statement aligns with their personal experience through the following descriptors: Exactly like me, Generally like me, Somewhat like me, Unlike me, Not at all like me
