Q-Vital Pulse: Coherence-Based Signal Extractionfor Non-Contact Cardiac Monitoring An Engineering White Paper Inspired by the QIFH–ZDE Framework
Abstract
Overview: Q-Vital Pulse is a technical framework designed for high-precision, non-contact cardiac signal extraction. By repurposing mathematical techniques from the QIFH-ZDE theoretical framework, the system treats cardiac electrical activity as an effective scalar potential gradient. This approach enables the robust isolation of sub-microvolt bio-electromagnetic signatures in high-noise environments without requiring direct skin contact. Technical Highlights: • Platform: Deployed on the STM32H7 architecture for real-time digital signal processing. • Mechanism: Utilizes an adaptive digital lock-in amplifier and resonance-matched impedance tuning (1-3 Hz) to maximize signal coherence. • Performance: Engineering benchmarks show over 98% R-peak detection accuracy at distances up to 15 cm under laboratory conditions.
