Post-Closure Research Roadmap for QIFH–SVC Structural Consolidation, Boundary Discipline, and Stratified Future Directions
Abstract
Post-Closure Research Roadmap for QIFH–SVC presents a disciplined programmatic framework for theoretical development after structural closure has been achieved. Rather than proposing new phenomenology or predictive expansion, the paper articulates how legitimate research activity must be governed once admissibility conditions, enforcement mechanisms, and interpretive boundaries are fully fixed. The roadmap introduces a four-zone stratification—Structural Consolidation, Boundary and No-Go Analysis, Conditionally Admissible Exploration, and Observation-Triggered Directions—each defined by explicit epistemic status, permissible moves, and prohibitions. By separating structurally safe work from speculative or deferred directions, the framework transforms limitation, failure, and enforced silence into positive scientific outputs. This work positions QIFH–SVC as a non-degenerative research program, where progress is measured not by expansion or prediction, but by clarity, stability, and resistance to uncontrolled theoretical overreach.
