Leadership styles within religious institutions: a systematic review
Abstract
This systematic review seeks to address the gap on empirical evidence on leadership styles with religious institutions, particularly within sub-Saharan African contexts. By consolidating evidence across disciplinary boundaries the review aims to clarify dominant leadership styles, theoretical frameworks, methodological approaches and reported outcomes. The findings will provide coherent empirical and conceptual foundation for future primary research and policy relevant discussions.
