Abstract

The standard cosmological model (ΛCDM) faces three independent observational challenges: (1) synchronously rotating cosmic filaments (MeerKAT, December 2025), (2) ultra-luminous objects at z > 10 (JWST, August 2025), and (3) early supermassive black holes (JWST, 2025). We present DEBA (Deterministic Emergence By Actualization), a framework where universes emerge as coherent bubbles in an abstract configuration space (C, µ). DEBA explains these three anomalies via organizational coherence condensation, producing Type I attractors (ultra-luminous objects) and Type II attractors (early black holes, rotating filaments). Four falsifiable predictions distinguish DEBA from ΛCDM, testable with existing JWST, MeerKAT, and Euclid data.
