Abstract

Objectives: To provide an overview of the distribution, eco-epidemiology, pathogenicity, and known/potential tick vectors and wildlife reservoirs of Rickettsia species associated with ticks in North America. Identify knowledge gaps in our understanding of these tick-borne Rickettsia.
