Abstract

Objective: To systematically sort out the existing home-based rehabilitation nursing models and their application effects in patients after heart valve replacement, analyze the key factors affecting nursing quality, and provide a reference for clinical research in this field. Methods: Databases including PubMed, CINAHL, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP were searched for relevant studies published from the establishment of each database to November 2025. Literatures were screened according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, data were extracted, and descriptive comprehensive analysis was performed. Results: A total of 12 literatures were included. The existing home-based rehabilitation nursing models are mainly divided into "Internet +" home-based rehabilitation nursing model and traditional home-based rehabilitation nursing model. The "Internet +" model has significant effects in improving treatment compliance, INR compliance rate, and complication control, while the traditional model is suitable for populations with low digital literacy. Key factors affecting nursing effects include age, digital literacy, and social support. Conclusion: The "Internet +" model is the current mainstream form of home-based rehabilitation nursing for patients after heart valve replacement, with better effects than the traditional model. However, individual differences among different populations should be considered. Future research should strengthen the verification of the model’s universality and long-term effects.
