Abstract

AAIS Phase VI provides the axiomatic and logical closure of the Adaptive Autonomous Information Stabilization framework. This phase formalizes a minimal theoretical kernel for hierarchical predictive control on reduced quantum dynamics, integrating spectral gap isolation, Lyapunov-based stability, and polylogarithmic complexity bounds. Under an explicit Global Assumption Registry, the composite AAIS evolution operator is shown to be contractive, yielding a unique globally stable attractor. Phase VI is strictly theoretical. No experimental, hardware-specific, or numerical claims are made. The framework is structured as a modular axiomatic core: logical consistency, stability structure, and scalability bounds are established, while concrete implementations, noise modeling, controller optimization, and benchmarking are explicitly outside scope. Repository contents are ordered Parts I–V, Open Disks (A–G), Phase VI Summary, Master Registry, and README. File numbering follows the physical archive sequence (01–14), with Open Disk C designated as file 08 within the Open Disks group (06–12). This project defines a reference control kernel intended to support future AAIS-compliant research and independent theoretical extensions.
