Prospective Addendum to PS-PREREG-1.4.0: Reproducible Realization of the Planck and DESI Cosmology Branches (PS-COSMO-ADDENDUM-1.0)

Prospective outcome-protected addendum to public preregistration PS-PREREG-1.4.0. It replaces only the inaccessible or ambiguous cosmology source-realization instructions with exact A1 and B1 procedures, locked software and source assets, synthetic operating-characteristic validation, hard fail-closed gates, and preserved adverse history. No real cosmology-derived normalization or protected planetary outcome has been evaluated.
