Abstract

This project houses the formal mathematical infrastructure for the Integrated Quantum-Information Hypothesis (IQIH) v3.5. Incorporating empirical non-Hermitian Hamiltonian perturbation metrics and quantum neurobiology data from May 2026, the framework models the biological observer as a driven dissipative quantum system. It establishes a strict metabolic baseline expenditure (P_{\text{shield}} = 18.4\text{ W}) required to sustain a geometric subradiant vault against thermal dephasing, maps non-Abelian Fibonacci braid character traces onto structural tryptophan dipole networks, and defines a hard, testable isotopic phase collapse threshold at 26.1\% D_2O mass-loading.
