Abstract

This OSF preregistration timestamps the RAY-VASC protocol manuscript and associated research architecture for a prospective multidomain N-of-1 and small-series observational protocol in complex neurovascular and mixed neurodegenerative-vascular disease. The protocol is hypothesis-generating and designed to evaluate feasibility, longitudinal measurement, safety monitoring, confounder annotation, caregiver-supported reporting, APPRE schema logic, serial EEG, synchronized biomarkers, and open-science reproducibility. This preregistration does not claim treatment efficacy, disease modification, PSP reversal, dementia reversal, vascular lesion repair, brain repair, recovery guarantee, supplement efficacy, or controlled-substance treatment efficacy. Controlled-substance content, where referenced, is limited to lawful, clinician-governed research architecture and as-administered documentation only. No sourcing, preparation, dosing, administration, or self-use instructions are provided. External implementation requires local ethics review, IRB review, or formal determination as applicable. Public sharing is limited to de-identified protocols, forms, schemas, synthetic examples, analysis templates, release notes, and governance documentation unless separate consent, privacy review, and ethics governance authorize additional sharing.
