A Purpose-Centered Dual-Structure Model of Organizational Identity
Abstract
This paper proposes a conceptual model that redefines PMVV (Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values) as a dual structure of organizational identity. The model positions Purpose at the core, with Values as the basis for judgment, Mission as organizational activity, and Vision as the realized future state of society. This document serves as the first public record of the framework. It focuses on conceptual structure rather than empirical analysis or practical implementation. All rights are reserved by the author.
