Short-Form Video Usage and Pro-Environmental Behavior
Abstract
This study examines whether short-form video usage is associated with pro-environmental behavior. We test three candidate pathways: (1) lower engagement with natural beauty, (2) lower nature connectedness, and (3) higher delay discounting. Pro-environmental behavior will be measured using self-report questionnaires and an environmental decision task. Questionnaire measures will be used to test whether these candidate variables statistically account for the association between short-form video usage and pro-environmental behavior.
