Abstract

AAIS Master Framework: Phase X – Physical Asymptotic Closure, Dynamical Stability, and Emergence of Informational Equilibrium This document constitutes the Physical Dynamics Layer of the AAIS Master Framework. Phase X establishes a controlled conditional mechanism for the asymptotic closure of AAIS state dynamics by analyzing how AAIS RG-type dissipative evolution, under certified spectral-gap, Modified Logarithmic Sobolev Inequality (MLSI), and perturbative-stability assumptions, suppresses admissible non-stationary modes and drives the dynamics toward the informational equilibrium manifold \(\mathcal{Z}_{\rm AAIS}\). All core operator-algebraic and functional-analytic structures—including the Type III\(_1\) factor, RG generator \(\mathcal{L}_{\rm RG}\), baseline spectral gap \(\gamma_0\), MLSI constant \(\alpha\), and associated functional inequalities—are inherited from the certified AAIS Mathematical Foundations Layer. These results are treated as declared background hypotheses; no independent re-derivation of foundational mathematical proofs is claimed in this phase. The contribution of Phase X is the physical interpretation and dynamical translation of these certified structures. It establishes the asymptotic stability mechanism, entropy-dissipation pathway, operational convergence of bounded observable expectations, intrinsic informational relaxation timescale \(\tau_{\rm rel}=1/(2\alpha)\), and the operational observable interface connecting abstract state convergence with measurable expectation values. A finite-dimensional caricature is included solely as an illustrative consistency model and does not replace the general abstract framework. All physical conclusions remain explicitly conditional upon the imported spectral-gap, MLSI, perturbative-stability, and admissibility assumptions. Phase X also defines the boundary between the abstract AAIS dynamical architecture and future empirical realization. The operational interface specifies how mathematical convergence may acquire physical meaning, while concrete laboratory embeddings and experimental reconstruction are reserved for subsequent empirical phases. A model-independent falsifiability criterion is provided: within any admissible physical realization without external driving, the existence of a persistent non-decaying mode that remains at positive distance from the stationary informational sector would contradict the stability assumptions underlying the Phase X closure mechanism. Phase X therefore serves as the controlled dynamical bridge between the certified mathematical foundations and subsequent physical phases of the AAIS programme, providing a conditional asymptotic stability framework for continued theoretical and empirical development.
