The Schroedinger Equation and the Geometric Origin of Mass in the Methane Metauniverse (MMU) Framework
Abstract
This work provides a geometric origin of mass and a controlled derivation of the Schrödinger equation within the Methane Metauniverse (MMU) framework. Mass is shown not to be a fundamental input parameter, but to arise from a torsional eigenfrequency of internal spacetime geometry. The Schrödinger equation emerges as an effective envelope equation describing slow modulations of this underlying linear field dynamics. This perspective explains why mass appears as an external parameter in standard quantum mechanics, clarifies the limits of validity of the Schrödinger description, and unifies mass, spin, fine structure, and isotopic effects within a single geometric framework.
