Perceived load of Physical Education Teachers with Special Consideration of Noise as a Stressor
Abstract
This OSF project provides the open data and supplementary materials for a study examining perceived workload among physical education (PE) teachers in Bavaria, Germany, with a particular focus on noise as an occupational stressor. The dataset includes anonymized survey responses from 81 secondary school teachers (Realschulen and Gymnasien), covering work-related stress factors, noise sensitivity, coping patterns, and work-related behavior and experience patterns (AVEM), as well as LEF scale measures and study-specific questionnaire items. All data have been fully anonymized in accordance with ethical and data protection standards. The project aims to promote transparency, reproducibility, and further research on occupational stress, noise exposure, and working conditions in physical education settings.
