Accuracy and efficiency of guided vs. freehand endodontic surgery: A systematic review and meta-analysis
Abstract
The purpose of this systematic review is to critically compare guided versus freehand endodontic surgery by analyzing their respective precision in root-end resection and their impact on procedural time. The expected outcome is to demonstrate that guided techniques significantly reduce linear and angular deviation, leading to more predictable outcomes and smaller osteotomies.
