Paper III - Recursive Constraint Formation in Nonequilibrium Systems: Part I: Thermodynamic–Informational Dynamics of Persistent Structure
Abstract
This paper is part of the Infropy / Constraint Dynamics Series (Paper III of VIII) and introduces a dynamical formulation in which constraints emerge and evolve through system dynamics. It develops recursive constraint formation as a mechanism for modifying transition probabilities and enabling structure accumulation. The framework is expressed in thermodynamic–informational terms using coarse-grained statistical descriptions. It builds on the process-level formulation introduced in Paper II.
