Large-scale rotational coherence in the diffuse cosmic gaseous medium
Abstract
This project develops the DEBA framework (Deterministic Emergence By Actualization), an open research program exploring how large-scale cosmic structures may emerge from weak stochastic coherence processes in diffuse matter. The approach does not assume predefined spacetime geometry, universal initial conditions, or global physical laws. Instead, it investigates the role of non-local correlations, organizational thresholds, and hierarchical transmission of weak dynamical properties. A central focus concerns rotational and directional coherence in diffuse cosmic gas, with quantitative predictions testable using current and forthcoming HI surveys (MeerKAT, ASKAP, SKA). All materials are provided as working documents within an open-science and falsifiable framework.
