Paper II - Infropy: A Process Framework for the Construction of Functional Structure in Nonequilibrium Systems

This paper is part of the Infropy / Constraint Dynamics Series (Paper II of VIII) and develops a process-level framework for the construction of functional structure in nonequilibrium systems. It introduces the Infropic Loop as a minimal sequence linking energy flow, interaction, and stabilization. The framework is demonstrated in a physical system and extended across domains. It builds on the conceptual foundation established in Paper I.
