Abstract

Following the theoretical establishment of the Sovereign architecture for laminar biological engineering [linked], rigorous computational validation is required prior to in-vitro hydrogel trials. Bridging centimeter-scale transcranial acoustic propagation with nanometer-scale cavitation and millisecond hydrodynamic fluid flow presents severe numerical and regulatory challenges. This document outlines the explicit Finite Element Analysis (FEA) parameters necessary to bring this multiscale simulation to convergence. By enforcing GPU-accelerated pseudo-spectral solvers, strict FDA combination-product safety ceilings, Representative Volume Element (RVE) sub-modeling, and a phased "Benchtop Digital Twin" verification step, this protocol correctly integrates Darcy-Brinkman fluid drag models with the Pennes Bioheat Transfer Equation and the Keller-Miksis cavitation framework. This pipeline will validate the phased array thermal distribution and simulate how macro-ARF translates into localized micro-shear without exceeding defined neuromodulation safety thresholds.
