Global prevalence of invasive fusariosis across different patient groups: a systematic review and meta-analysis

This study aims to assess the global prevalence of invasive fusariosis in different patient groups e.g. general population, patients with hematological malignancy, patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplant, and patients with solid organ transplant. In each of these patient groups we will estimate the prevalence of invasive fusariosis, identify the effect of factors such as geographic location and patient characteristics on the observed prevalence, and compare the prevalence rates between institutions, countries, and patient groups.
