Definitions and diagnostic approaches for recurrent URTI in preschool children – a scoping review

This OSF project contains the a priori protocol and materials for a scoping review mapping evidence on (1) how recurrent upper respiratory tract infections (RURTI/RRTIs) are defined and operationalized, and (2) diagnostic/work-up approaches used in preschool children (≤5 years) across healthcare settings (primary care, outpatient, inpatient), with attention to feasibility in LMIC contexts. The review will be conducted in line with JBI guidance and reported according to PRISMA-ScR.
