Abstract

A scoping review of health students on placement working with people with dementia- This scoping review examines studies involving health students (e.g. occupational therapy, nursing, medicine, physiotherapy) who complete placement or other experiential or service-learning activities working directly with people living with dementia. The review will explore reported outcomes for both students and consumers, identifying common themes and findings related to student learning and the experiences of people with dementia. Both qualitative and quantitative studies will be included and summarised.
