Abstract

This OSF project hosts the educational and conceptual articulation of AI Behavior OS v1.0 within the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF). The materials provided here are intended exclusively for: • education, • historical documentation, • conceptual explanation, • academic orientation, and • scholarly reference. This project does NOT constitute an operational, governance, enforcement, or behavioral control standard for artificial intelligence, nor does this OSF registration create, modify, supersede, or reinterpret any canonical authority. All binding, non-derogable, and operational behavioral authority for AI systems is defined exclusively by the canonical standard: “AI Behavior OS v1.0 — Canonical Behavioral Operating System for Consciousness-Aligned Artificial Intelligence” (Zenodo, December 2025, DOI-registered). Scope of this project includes: • explanatory versions of AI Behavior OS concepts for education and training • conceptual diagrams and behavioral-kernel explanations • narrative and didactic materials for students, researchers, and institutions • historical context of the development of AI Behavior OS v1.0 • references and links to canonical DOI-registered standards Any empirical studies, applied research, system implementations, policy frameworks, or AI governance mechanisms MUST reference the canonical AI Behavior OS standard and SHALL NOT treat this project as an operational authority. This project exists solely to support understanding, dissemination, and academic study of consciousness-aligned behavioral systems for artificial intelligence, without modifying, extending, operationalizing, or reinterpreting any canonical definitions, behavioral invariants, or constitutional constraints.
