Abstract

The Recto/Verso Method™ formalizes a two-page writing structure that separates phenomenological description (verso) from cognitive reflection (recto). This paper clarifies the epistemic and temporal distinction between appearance and interpretation, providing a disciplined layout that prevents analytical drift and preserves the pre-interpretive status of sensation. Situated within Somatic & Physical Literacy™, the method supports clarity, timing literacy, and the ethical separation of descriptive and interpretive modes of attention. This registration archives the finalized version of the paper for citation, scholarly use, and long-term preservation.
