Abstract

MNCI: Space Science Pilot is a proposed screening and planning method that aims to improve how we prioritize candidate habitable worlds for follow up observations. It adds a system level coherence layer that helps rank promising habitable planet candidates and identify cleaner observing windows using scalable catalog proxies.
