A Scoping Review of Relationship Experiences among Asexual and Aromantic Individuals
Abstract
This scoping review seeks to map existing research on the psychological and social dimensions of relationship experiences among asexual and aromantic individuals. As these populations remain under-studied and frequently experience social marginalisation and stigma, a comprehensive overview of the available literature is needed. This review will identify how these experiences have been conceptualised and studied, summarise key themes and methodologies, and highlight gaps to guide future empirical and theoretical work.
