Personalized Application of Cognitive Intervention Based on Large Language Models: A Scoping Review Protocol
Abstract
The global aging trend has led to an increasing burden of cognitive impairments and dementia. However, the existing cognitive intervention methods (such as computerized cognitive training) have limitations in achieving personalization. Large language models like GPT-4 offer revolutionary potential for building highly personalized, adaptable, and interactive cognitive interventions. Research in this field is currently in a rapid development stage, from concept design to validation, and there is an urgent need for a systematic review to summarize the scale, scope, and characteristics of the existing evidence.
