Abstract

This work is an expansion of questions that emerged during my PhD using decolonising approaches, when I was required to position myself and make sense of my shifting identities and locations. This led to experiencing changes in what I called 3P-A, Power, Privilege, Politics and Access according to my named, perceived, hidden and intersected identities in my place of birth and abroad. With this kit, I aim to share resources to support other people in their journey towards more awareness and self-reflection on positionality, intersectionality, power, privilege, politics and access as a previous step before engaging with historically marginalised and excluded communities and peoples.
