TEACHING ENGLISH LANGUAGE: SCHOOL COUNSELING STUDY PROGRAM [ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026]

The lecture notes were written in Indonesian as a medium for teaching English in the School Counseling study program, which emphasizes the practical application of English in this field of study, and will be practically applied by students upon graduation from this study program. The second reason is to bridge the lower order thinking of each student, who, on average, do not have a strong prior knowledge of English. Therefore, the majority of this lecture note is written in Indonesian as the medium of instruction, while the examples in each teaching material explanation are written in simple English. These lecture notes will be used in the even semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, from January to June 2026.
