Abstract

The original mentoring fellows proposal from 2017. The mentoring fellows program has continue to run continuously. The College Mentoring Fellows (of the MSU College of Arts & Letters) Program is designed to promote College-level mentoring for pre-tenure faculty across the College. Pre-tenured faculty will be mentored by specifically selected and then trained Full Professors. (Editor's note: this initiative began first for pre-tenure faculty and then was expanded in subsequent iterations to all tenure system and non-tenure system faculty to much success.)
