MSU College of Arts & Letters Mentoring Fellows Program Mentee Spring Kick-Off Refresher Agenda
Abstract
The MSU College of Arts & Letters Mentoring Fellows is a college-wide formal mentoring program that starts in the spring April/May, pauses for the summer, and continues the following academic year. Agendas included cover Mentee or Mentor training at the beginning of the program, kick-off meetings in the fall and spring. Kick-off meetings remind everyone of the resources provided earlier, to check in on any questions or concerns, and to remind everyone to set up their recurring meetings now that there is a new semester.
