Abstract

This dataset contains the original raw microscopy files used for Supplementary Figures 4 and 9. Zeiss LSM 980 .czi files are provided for Jarid2 and Pali1 imaging (SF4), and STED .obf files are provided for Suz12–H3K27me3 and Ring1B–H3K27me3 imaging (SF9). All channels and metadata are included exactly as acquired.
