This dataset contains the underlying source data supporting the findings of the associated manuscript. The files include: Statistical Source Data: Raw numerical data for survival rates, histological scores, ELISA assays, qPCR results (Ct values and fold changes), and quantification of western blots, organized by corresponding figures (Fig 1 - Fig 5).
