Abstract

AI literacy refers to a comprehensive set of competencies involving the ability to understand, use, identify, evaluate, create, and manage interactions with AI systems in an effective and ethical manner (Ding et al., 2025). Critical thinking, on the other hand, is conceptualized as a mode of thinking that emphasizes analytical processes, evaluative judgment, and logical reasoning to generate rational and measurable decisions (Crilly, 2025).
