Abstract

This dataset supports the manuscript “Efficacy of Oral JAK Inhibitors Combined with 308-nm Excimer Laser in Pediatric Progressive Vitiligo: A Multicenter Study.” The dataset includes: 1. Sample Size: Calculated using G*Power 3.1, assuming 85% response for Group A and 50% for Group B, with α = 0.05 and 95% power. A two-tailed Fisher’s exact test indicated a minimum of 44 participants per group. 2. Data: Anonymized VASI, VIDA, and CDLQI scores were independently assessed by blinded evaluators. Lesion areas (VASI scores) were quantified using ImageJ 1.54g. Subjective and objective scores were strongly correlated (Pearson’s r = 0.95), and blinded rescoring of 10% of samples confirmed high inter-rater reliability (ICC = 0.92). 3. Figure Legends: Legends for Figures S1–S12 corresponding to supplementary analyses and visualizations. This dataset provides valuable information for evaluating the efficacy and safety of JAK inhibitors in pediatric vitiligo patients. It can be used to replicate analyses or to further conduct research on pediatric progressive vitiligo and JAK inhibitor therapy.
