Heterochromatin complex and 2-cell-like state regulation
Abstract
Sgo2a can enhance the interaction between Rif1 and Kap1, thereby maintaining the stability of Kap1. After the knockout of Sgo2a, the binding between Kap1 and Rif1 is weakened, causing Kap1 to lose adequate protection and undergo ubiquitination degradation. This also affects the level of H3K9me3.
