Abstract

We developed long-term resistant pre-clinical models to two complementary drugs: adavosertib (ADA) and paclitaxel (PTX). Through multiomics functional profiling we identified distinct transcriptomic and morphological changes in the ovarian cancer resistant models. - seurat_counts.csv.gz: raw counts for sc-data - seurat_metadata.csv.gz: metadata for sc-data - CellPainting_raw_data.zip: Cell Painting features extracted with CellProfiler - SourceData_FigureS3.zip: Source data for figure S3 - SourceData_FigureS4.zip: Source data for figure S4 - SourceData_FigureS6.zip: Source data for figure S6
