Serum proteomics (Olink) data of childhood-onset SLE patients and healthy controls
Abstract
Targeted serum proteomics was conducted using the Olink Target 96 immune response panel on a cohort of childhood-onset SLE patients (n=55) and matched healthy controls (n=14). Data is displayed as NPX values.
