Abstract

This dataset contains anonymized survey data collected to examine the relationships between IT ambidexterity, Dynamic Data and Information Processing Capabilities (DDIPC), self-efficacy, and operational agility within the coal mining industry in Indonesia. The data were collected from 381 employees working at operational, technical, and managerial levels in a major coal mining contractor. All respondents were directly involved in the use of digital information systems as part of their daily work activities. The dataset supports the empirical analysis presented in the study entitled “IT Ambidexterity and Operational Agility in the Coal Mining Industry: The Role of Dynamic Data Capabilities and Self-Efficacy”, which employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed research model. To ensure confidentiality and ethical compliance, all personal identifiers and organizational names have been removed. The dataset is provided exclusively for academic and research purposes.
