ESKAPEE_ Web/CMD: AI-based Dynamic Web Server for Classification of ESKAPE path-ogens using WGS data from clinical isolates

Classification of Clinical Raw Sequencews into ESKAPEE or Non-ESKAPEE. The RefSeq Feature Dataset contains the kmer features generated for the ESKAPEE and Non-ESKAPEE categories. Scripts contain the code used to: 1 - Process the sequences (Mainly for SRA fastq files) 2 - Generate feature dataset. 3 - Classify the feature dataset into one of the ESKAPEE or Non-ESKAPEE categories.
