Lipid metabolism-related gene polymorphisms
Abstract
This research examined 5 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) related to lipid metabolism in 148 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and 230 healthy controls, including rs2727572 in PRKAG2, rs1799822 in CPT2, rs10046 in CYP19A1, rs2197076 in FABP1 and rs8192950 in CES1. This data specifically included the clinical characteristics and SNPs information of the patients and the control group, and has been encoded to protect personal privacy.
