Sediment MS and microbial data
Abstract
We characterize the biogeochemistry of the sediments in two typical regions of Taihu Lake.The raw data of P fractions, fluorescent signal, MS analysis, and microbial sequencing in sediments was collected. The precise Po molecular structures were identified. The Po mineralization processes were assessed at molecular scale.
