Abstract

The files contain proteomics data generated from mass spectrometry-based analysis of aqueous humor samples from patients with diabetic macular edema. Samples from patients with poor response to anti-VEGF therapy vs. patients with full resolution of the macular edema were compared at three consecutive time points as displayed in Supplementary Tables 1-3
