High-resolution carbonate carbon isotope (δ¹³Ccarb), bulk nitrogen isotope (δ¹⁵N), biogenic silica (BSi), TOC, and TN data from the YD-4 drill core, South China, spanning the Dengying to Yanjiahe formations across the Ediacaran–Cambrian boundary.
