Abstract

Replication code for "The effects of delayed remuneration on doctor labour supply: Evidence from the English NHS", forthcoming in the Journal of Health Economics (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jhealeco.2026.103119). The underlying data used in this project, the Electronic Staff Record for the English NHS, was available by agreement with the UK's Department of Health and Social Care. It is not possible for us to publish any of the data we used. This data is used by some other researchers, however there is not currently a standard way of requesting access to use the data. The views expressed are those of the authors and are not necessarily those of the Department of Health and Social Care.
