Abstract

Wetlands are major global carbon sinks, yet their widespread conversion to cropland alters soil carbon and nutrient dynamics, creating uncertainty about the net effects on soil multifunctionality. This dataset was collected from Changbai Mountain in Northeast China, focused on effect of cultivation on prokaryotic and eukaryotic communities and its effects on soil multifunctionality.
