Kashi.gov.in Discourse Corpus
Abstract
This dataset compiles an annotated documentary corpus drawn from the official Kashi portal (kashi.gov.in) relating to Smart City and urban governance initiatives in Varanasi. It brings together project pages and case materials—including project descriptions, key figures, screenshots/images, source links, and APA-formatted citations into a single consolidated document. The corpus also includes the compiler’s research notes and interpretive comments to support qualitative inquiry.
