Abstract

RExperTSS (Repertory’s Expert Tool for Selecting Similimum) is a structured, algorithm-based decision-support tool designed to systematize the post-repertorization phase of homoeopathic prescribing. Developed using a sequential mixed-methods approach, the tool translates expert clinical reasoning into explicit, reproducible decision pathways, thereby reducing subjectivity and inter-practitioner variability. Rather than predicting outcomes, RExperTSS functions as a classification and documentation framework that enhances transparency, consistency, and methodological rigor in final remedy selection for both clinical practice and homoeopathic research.
